this new filter filters your water in 3 steps:
Sediment filter: if Schwebeteilchen removes in the water
Activated carbon filter: if organic pollutions and chlorine bind
Lime protection: An additional filter layer from polyphosphates holds back the lime in the filter.
Polyphosphates are suitable odour-neutrally and taste-neutrally and, hence, excellently for the application in drinking water filters. Hence, polyphosphates are also admitted by the strict American authority NSF for the application in drinking water filters.
Protect your fridge with this filter efficiently against lime depositions. All needs are fulfilled with this filter.
Of the filters fits to every fridge which is connected more than 1/4 " (approx. 5 mm) of plastic tube to the water supply, e.g., for fridges from:

Attention: The filters are not suited for fridges which dispose of an internal water filter (in bottles or ball form).

After the drinking water order (German Institute for Standardization 1988) all drinking water filters are to be changed after 6 months (to prevent Verkeimung), even if of the filters a bigger capacity has.
Functionality:
The filters clean the water of rust(grate), chlorine, organic connections(unions), sediments and lime. The result is a clear taste improvement.
No depositions in the water system and ice system of your fridge more.
Scope of supply: 1 water filter with 2x 1/4 " (for 5 mm of tube) to connections, (connections must be mounted with Teflon tape or other thick means which is not included in delivery)
