The PP 50 permeate pump brings the following advantages for pressure tank RO systems:

How does the permeate pump work?

The PP 100 permeate pump uses the energy of the wastewater from the RO system to pump the purified permeate into the pressure tank. It does not require any electrical energy. The permeate pump is driven by the hydraulic energy that is normally lost unused into the drain.

This decouples the tank from the RO membrane, which can then operate as in a pressureless tank. This can also be seen very well on ours.

How is the permeate pump installed?
The permeate pump can be retrofitted in almost all existing under-sink RO systems. The main thing is that it is mounted horizontally with both outlets pointing upwards so that it can always vent itself. Further information at www.permeatpumpe.de .
