This is a high quality filter housing with the bleed valve (made in USA or Italy). Available with transparent filter housing that allows a visual inspection of the degree of contamination. For a sunny location filter, this filter is not suitable, you choose instead to a dark location in the filter housing to prevent photosynthesis. The filter housing heads have connections with 1/2 "/ 1.27 cm brass thread
